LionStrom Sales Policy

All payments must be made in cash or by money order and received before the rabbit leaves our rabbitry.

HOLD -- Someone is interested, still waiting for a 50%, non-refundable deposit. Please inquire if you are interested. There is a 14-day hold without deposit.

PENDING -- 50% non-refundable deposit has been received.

SOLD -- Full payment has been received and it has been delivered or picked-up.

Prices are based on quality and type of each individual rabbit. Kit pricing will be determined at 8 weeks of age, when show, brood or pet quality is more apparent.

Show Quality or Breeding quality will be determined based on: Pedigree, Body type, Mane, Head type, Ears and Color. If a rabbit is sold as show quality, it meets the lionhead standard in all areas. If a rabbit is sold as breeding quality, it has traits that are beneficial to the breed but may have faults not qualifying it for show.

No rabbit sold as pet stock will be sold with a pedigree. If you wish to have a pedigree with your rabbit a $10 fee will be added to the sale price.

All rabbits sold are, to the best of our knowledge, healthy and a 2-week health guarantee comes with each rabbit. If anything should happen within this 2-week time frame, I will replace it with a rabbit from available stock or an up-coming litter.

We are a small rabbitry and therefore do not offer shipping, sorry. You are welcome to pick-up your new rabbit from our rabbitry here in Nanaimo or you can make arrangements with me for delivery to an upcoming show. If we arrange delivery other than to a show, you may be asked to pay a transportation fee. You will be notified of this in advance.
